No. While the vast majority of clients who commit to the Quit Smoking in 88 Minutes Hypnotherapy Program absolutely do quit smoking permanently, some quit the process without quitting smoking. The reasons for this vary but here are the most common.
  • Some people start the process because people close to them want them to quit and they know they should but, in fact, they really don't want to. Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool at helping you get where you want to go but it's not nearly as effective at getting someone to do something they don't want to do.
  • Each individual is different and, as a result, Hypnotherapy and NLP are more effective with some people than with others. That's why some people quit smoking after just one session and others take 2 or 3 sessions and occasionally 4 or 5. There is one constant however...those who do fail at the Quit Smoking in 88 Minutes Hypnotherapy program do so because they quit working on it before they succeeded and not because the program wouldn't have been effective if they had stuck with it. If you want to quit smoking and are willing to commit to the Quit Smoking in 88 Minutes program, we will work with you using all the tools in our toolkit with you until you're successful.
Yes. If you aren't able to quit entirely after the first session, my primary recommendation is that you not smoke your favorite brand to satisfy your craving. The last thing you want to do is reward yourself for the behavior. In fact, I recommend you find the most distasteful way you can to deal with the craving whether it's the gum or e-cigarettes or the worst tasting pack of smokes you can find.
I recommend against drinking alcohol if at all possible during the program. Alcohol is a powerful trigger and also lowers inhibitions and clouds reasoning. All three of these are counterproductive to your quitting smoking.
You are the client and you can choose to use your three prepaid sessions for anything you want so the answer is yes, but with a qualification. If you choose to use your second or third session for something other than the Quit Smoking Hypnotherapy program, your guarantee is no longer in effect so just be certain you have got it under control. Otherwise, follow-up sessions will be at the regular price.
